These terms govern your use of LeanHQ. By creating a workspace, you agree to them.
LeanHQ is a business operations platform that uses AI to assist with hiring and bookkeeping tasks. It is operated by Viavize Ventures LLP ([registered address]).
LeanHQ is an early-stage product under active development. Features may change, and we may add, alter or withdraw skills. We will not make breaking changes to your stored data without notice.
You must give accurate details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done under your workspace, including by people you invite. Tell us promptly at hello@leanhq.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract, and you must use LeanHQ for business purposes.
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload what you upload. In particular:
LeanHQ's AI produces suggestions, not decisions. Scores, rankings, extracted figures, transaction matches and drafted emails may contain errors or omissions, and must be reviewed by a person before you rely on them.
You remain solely responsible for your hiring decisions, your financial records, your tax filings, and every email sent from your account. LeanHQ is a tool that assists your judgement — it does not replace it, and it is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice.
Don't: break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to breach or overload the service, reverse engineer it, resell it without agreement, or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend a workspace that does.
LeanHQ integrates with third parties (for example, Google, if you choose to connect a mailbox). Your use of those services is also governed by their terms. We are not responsible for their availability or behaviour.
We work to keep LeanHQ available and reliable, but we do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. We may perform maintenance, and may occasionally need to take the service offline.
LeanHQ, its software, design and branding are ours. These terms grant you a right to use the service, not ownership of it.
You may stop using LeanHQ at any time and ask us to close your workspace. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we are legally required to close. On termination you can ask for an export of your data; after 30 days we delete it, subject to legal retention requirements.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — e.g. India], and the courts of [city] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify workspace administrators by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use LeanHQ after that means you accept the new terms.
